Show the world evidence of the value you can offer them. Tell the stories of your customer’s experiences while working with you. What was the problem they were having before they met you? How did you solve the problem for them? Now, ask your customer for a testimonial.
You may need to help write the testimonial for them if they are busy and ask them to edit the testimonial. In the future, take photos of happy customers in front of homes and post to Facebook. Create videos of them in the home when they are most thrilled, then have them give you a testimonial and post it on YouTube.
